Session 1 - Short Scratch Race to seed Match Sprints
A - 5 laps
B - 5 laps
C - 5 laps
W/F - 5 laps

Session 2 - Match Sprints - Groups of 3 riders

A - 2 lap match sprint 3 rider heats
B - 2 lap match sprint 3 rider heats
C - 2 lap match sprint 3 rider heats
W/F - 2 lap match sprint 3 rider heats

Session 3 - Tempo - One point for race leader each lap

A - 15 laps
B - 12 laps
C - 12 laps
W/F - 12 laps

Session 4 - Match Sprint Finals - Groups of 3 rider

A - 2 lap match sprint 3 rider heats
B - 2 lap match sprint 3 rider heats
C - 2 lap match sprint 3 rider heats
W/F - 2 lap match sprint 3 rider heats

Match Sprints - Our Goal is to run the match sprint rounds quickly! To facilitate that we will be starting 3 riders per race from the rail. The lead rider must remain in the front for the first 100 meters. Be ready to start your heat when the heat before you concludes. Thank you!
